These Terms of Service and all supplementary terms will govern your use of any online or mobile products or services. You agree to the terms set forth below, and if the Tech Heads Teams services you use are subject to additional terms, those additional terms will also govern your use of Tech Heads Teams services. These Terms of Service, along with the Tech Heads Teams Privacy Policy available at https://techheadsdev.com/pezzi.html (incorporated by reference herein), constitute a legally binding contract between you and Tech Heads Teams. By using Tech Heads Teams services, you confirm that you have the capacity to review and agree to this agreement, and that you have reviewed this agreement either individually or with your parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms of Service on your behalf and assumes full responsibility for your compliance with these terms. You agree that you and/or your parent or guardian are fully capable and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and responsibilities set forth in these Terms of Service and to comply with and abide by these Terms of Service.
License
Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with these Terms of Service and any other relevant Tech Heads Teams policies, Tech Heads Teams grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license, subject to the restrictions in the following terms, to access and use the services for non-commercial, entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the services for any other purpose.
Restrictions:
- If you are under 13 years old, you may not create an account or access the services; you should restrict minors’ use, and if you discover that a minor has access, you will deny access to children under 13. You are fully responsible for unauthorized use of the services by minors.
Access to Services
By accessing or using the services, including browsing any Tech Heads Teams websites or accessing games, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 13 years old and that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has read and agreed to these terms. You must provide all devices and software necessary to connect to the services, including but not limited to mobile devices suitable for connecting and using the services. You are responsible for any costs incurred while accessing the services, including internet connection fees or mobile charges.
Use of Services
The use of the services is subject to the following provisions:
- If you are located in a country where we have imposed sanctions or are on a list of prohibited countries, you may not use the services.
- You should avoid using inappropriate language, including any language that appears to, sounds like, represents, implies, abbreviates, or alludes to profanity, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/control substances, or illegal activities.
- You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating (including exploiting any bugs or errors), including exploiting any flaws in our code or design, or any flaws in the code or design of third-party products or services related to the services, to gain an unfair advantage or obtain unauthorized privileges, access, or abilities not expressly intended in the product design. Communicating information about such activities will also be considered cheating.
- You may not access or use accounts or virtual items that have been reauthorized, rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the original account creator without our permission.
If we find that you do not comply with the above terms:
- We reserve the right to remove any content from the services at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the services for users who do not comply with these Terms of Use immediately.
License Restrictions
Any violation of these license restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of the limited license granted to you under section 1) and may expose you to legal liability. Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with the services (including disrupting or manipulating the lawful operation of any Tech Heads Teams game) violates Tech Heads Teams policy and may violate criminal and civil law.
You agree that under no circumstances will you:
- Use any unauthorized third-party software to access, intercept, or otherwise collect information from or through the services or information transmitted to or from the services, including but not limited to reading any software that stores information about our game characters, elements, or environments in RAM or network traffic streams;
- Perform any automated use of the system, or take any action that causes or may cause (at our discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the services, or use any method not expressly permitted by Tech Heads Teams to extract any information from the services; or
- Copy, modify, or distribute any rights or content of Tech Heads Teams websites or games, or our copyrights or trademarks, or use any method to copy or distribute content from the services, unless expressly permitted by these Terms of Service.
Offensive or Infringing Content
You agree that under no circumstances will you:
- Post any abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive information;
- Post any information containing nudity, excessive violence, or offensive themes or links to such content;
- Attempt to harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm to other individuals or groups, including our employees, our customers, or our customer service representatives; or
- Provide any material or information through the services that infringes on the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other rights of any individual or entity, or impersonates any other person (including but not limited to Tech Heads Teams employees).
Intellectual Property
This website (including but not limited to all communication features) contains copyrighted materials, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, videos, graphics, music, and sounds. The entirety of the content on this website and each area contained therein is owned by Tech Heads Teams and/or third-party content providers. Tech Heads Teams holds copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit in any way any content on this website (including but not limited to content that Tech Heads Teams allows you to download) without the express written permission of Tech Heads Teams and the copyright owner. If copying, redistributing, or publishing copyrighted materials is permitted, you may not alter or remove any author attribution, trademark, legend, or copyright notice. You may only download copyrighted materials from this website for personal use. You acknowledge that Tech Heads Teams and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all materials posted on the website, and that you do not gain any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted materials.

Force Majeure
Tech Heads Teams shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond Tech Heads Teams' reasonable control, including but not limited to failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, actions of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of fuel, energy, labor, or materials, hacking, phishing, or other electronic means of disrupting content.
